Functions and Responsibilities


1. Coordinate affairs of public relations section.

2. Maintain close relationship with Mass Media (RTB and printed media) for the purpose of coverage and press releases.

3. Prepare and coordinate the Press Release.

4. Disseminate information to the public towards the formation of a positive image of Department.

5. Manage the issues and complaints that involve image of the department.

6. Monitor the feedback system for effectiveness and consistency.

7. As source of information and reference.

8. Coordinate the updating of Department's Website.

9. As a member of the Public Relations Committee of Ministries and Government Departments (JPAKK & JJK)

10. Perform other duties as instructed by the Director and Deputy Directors from time to time.
